Ali is associated with M&P for the last 7.5 years. He has been in different challenging roles such as Manager Recruitment & OD, HR Business Partner, Sr. Manager HR Planning & OD and currently working as Acting Head of HR.
Prior joining M&P, he has served at Citibank for 7 years. Apart from HR, he was rotated in Core Operations Risk & Control Department where he worked with diverse groups and international teams based at Turkey, Middle East and Israel.
In his last role as HR Generalist, he was responsible for Performance Management, Employee Surveys, Engagement & Action Planning, HR Transformation Projects, Talent Acquisition & Management, HR Risk & Control.
Ali is has worked in different facets of HR but Organizational Development remains his forte.
He has completed BS – Computer Science from University of Karachi and MBA – Human Resources from IoBM. He has also completed his diploma in Industrial relations & labor laws from Skill Development Council and currently pursuing his LLB Degree from SM Law College, Karachi
